University of Arkansas Computer Store provides EDUCATIONALLY DISCOUNTED technology products from name brand manufacturers like Apple, Dell, etc. to all University departments and students. There is also a service center with authorized technicians who are trained and certified to address all technical issues. U of A Computer Store works closely with University IT Services to insure consistent support campus wide. U of A Computer Store has also been providing Trade-In program, Repair service and more.

The Computer Store’s Service Center provides warranty and non-warranty services for the campus community. Our Dell and Apple technicians are certified and both have extensive campus experience. Both Apple and Dell require our technicians to recertify on a yearly basis to ensure the technicians working knowledge is up-to-date with current technology.
Safeware is an accidental damage protection plan. If you spill a drink on your keyboard or drop your laptop, this plan will cover the repairs up to the value of the unit. Also includes 6 months of theft protection with each plan.
