Student regalia can be picked up from the Bookstore during Graduate Salute and Graduate Distribution. The dates and times for this semester’s events can be found above.

If you are a student and have applied for graduation, then you do not need to pay for your regalia. The cost of regalia is included in your student fees.
There is no need to order or reserve regalia ahead of time. All we need to know to pull your regalia is your height and your student ID at the time pickup.
The Bookstore does not ship regalia. However, Jostens does provide a homeship program directly. Please visit the Jostens Homeship Regalia link above. Please note that there is a shipping cost and deadline associated with shipping regalia.
Commencement adornments like stoles and cords are distributed by your college or department. If you have questions regarding adornments please contact your major’s department for more information.
Your regalia is paid for by the University through your graduation fees and is yours to keep.

The Bookstore can exchange the regalia however we can only do so during Grad Salute and Graduation Distribution. Please bring the original regalia correctly folded and in original packaging. You will also need your student ID and a suggested size.

Faculty can order regalia by visiting our website and clicking on the "Rent Faculty Regalia" link. Faculty and staff must login using their UARK username and password. If faculty have ordered before their previous order information will be displayed. They can then either edit their information, or submit their order. Any edits will need to be submitted before the order can be submitted. Faculty with no previous order history will have the option to complete their information in the blank fields. All required information will need to be submitted before they can submit their order. All information edits will receive email confirmations as well as all submitted order. An order is not submitted unless you receive and email confirmation of the submitted order.
Payment for rental regalia is due at the time of pickup. The Bookstore accepts cash, check, all major credit cards, and departmental blanket PO numbers. If your department pays for your regalia please have the payment information on hand. Please note: In accordance with university policy the Bookstore does not keep department blanket PO information on file!
The deadline to return all rental regalia for Fall Graduation is May 23. Returns after this date are subject to a late fee.
After commencement please return all rental regalia (including cap, gown, tassel, and hood) to the Supply Department cashier counter located just to the right of the Bookstore’s main entrance. Please confirm with the attendant that all items have been returned in full and that there are no issues. You should also receive an email confirmation of the return.
Note to departments returning regalia in bulk: Regalia for faculty MUST be complete, individually packaged, and labeled. Failure to do so will significantly delay the return process and could result in issues crediting faculty correctly. Please have department representatives stay throughout the return process to ensure that all faculty regalia is matched correctly.
